Limitation of Liability

Billing, Refunds, and Cancellation

Users subscribing to paid services are subject to the specified billing terms. Versalence reserves the right to modify subscription fees, and users will be notified of any changes in advance.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made before the end of the commitment period, except where specified in the signed agreement. Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days' notice at the end of the current subscription term. Refer to your signed agreement for details.
