While this plan is free, it is still subject to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and acceptable usage policies. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free plan at any time with prior notice. Users of the free plan may upgrade to paid plans for advanced features.

Acceptable Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the vCX platform, Synage, Deskster, or Whatshop AI bots for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with the functioning of our platform or disrupt services for other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or networks connected to the platform.
  • Engage in any activity that compromises the privacy or security of others, including spamming, phishing, or hacking.

Violations of these policies may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Versalence services, including the free-for-life plan.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, and services provided by Versalence, including the vCX platform and its AI bots, are the exclusive property of Versalence and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission, except as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use. Unauthorized use of the intellectual property may result in legal action.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Versalence, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Versalence or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on its Website, including the vCX platform, Synage, Deskster, or Whatshop AI bots, even if Versalence has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Billing, Refunds, and Cancellation

Users subscribing to paid services are subject to the specified billing terms. Versalence reserves the right to modify subscription fees, and users will be notified of any changes in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made before the end of the commitment period, except where specified in the signed agreement.
